Pressing with air cushions

Even-surface pressing for bonding moulded parts – a practical example.

Our TrustTube® air cushions are designed specifically for industrial use.

The coating is placed in the tank tub. The moulded parts and the air cushions are then placed in the tank tub. The air cushions are pressurised with compressed air and the pressure is held. Once bonding is complete, the air cushions and moulded parts are removed.
